Registration: For your convenience, you may register for classes by phone using VISA/MasterCard/Discover at 625-6200 or mail-in at the Park Department Office in City Hall, 8 AM-5 PM.  All participants will be tested in the first class period. Instructors reserve the right to determine your child's level of performance.

SUMMER SWIM TEAM 2008

Ages 6-18 Swimmers must be at least 6 years old to become a member of the City's Summer Swim team, must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle with breathing to the side and 25 yards of backstroke. The focus of this team will be on improving technique while increasing endurance. All four Olympic strokes, starts, and turns will be worked on weekly.

For your convenience there are two practice times a day, Monday through Thursday. A swimmer can attend any practice they wish to. Swim meets are held on Saturday mornings at Liberty Pool. This program is designed to introduce youth to the enjoyment of competitive swimming.
